   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add melted butter, eggs, and sour cream to the dry ingredients</span></p>
