  <h3>Instructions:</h3>

     <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper on the beef chuck roast to taste</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Warm up a big pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put some oil on the pan and sear the beef all over until it turns brown</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Take the beef out and put it somewhere else</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put chopped onions and minced garlic in the same pan</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add them to the pan and cook them until they get soft and clear</span></p>

   <p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put the beef back in the pan where it was seared and add the mole sauce</span></p>
